CloseJeremiah Johnston - June 8, 2025
Encouraging One Another

This will be the last sermon in our series on The Church. Jeremiah Johnston will be preaching from Hebrews 10:23-25. In these verses the author of Hebrews encourages us as the church to not neglect meeting together, but to meet regularly as the body of Christ to encourage one another as we wait for Christ’s return. In addition, the author of Hebrews encourages us as the church to consider how we can continue to stir one another up to love and good deeds as we hold fast the confession of our faith without wavering, because God will be faithful to complete our salvation in Christ.
Scripture References: Hebrews 10:23-25

From Series: "2025 - The Church"
The Church is God’s best plan to declare the truth of the Gospel to the whole world so that salvation can be found in Christ. It is easy today to misunderstand the purpose of the Church, its mission, and our place it in, but it has been essential to God’s plan to advance his kingdom on Earth from the beginning. For six weeks we encourage you to join us as we look at and clarify what the Bible has to say about the church and how believers are called to participate in it.
