In this chapter Solomon again urges us to get and hang onto wisdom. Then he gives us a big illustration of what it looks like to be foolish as he describes a young man that is ensnared by the forbidden woman. Solomon wants us to love the word of God and let it sink deep into our souls so that we can stand strong in the Lord when temptation comes our way and enjoy the blessing of walking with God.

Have you ever asked yourself, “What should I do now?” As humans we often wrestle with the things that come into our life and how we should respond to them. This summer will be Walking in Wisdom in Proverbs 1-9, & 31 letting God teach us what practical, Godly living looks like for the Christian. Proverbs 1:7 tells us the starting point of wisdom is the fear of the Lord. We invite you to take this journey with us as we learn what wisdom looks like, sounds like, and the good effect wisdom can have on our lives in Jesus.
