The book of Acts is the continuing story by Luke of what Jesus has done and is now doing from heaven by his Spirit in the lives of his followers to advance the Kingdom of God on the earth through the Gospel. In this first part of our study of Acts, we will consider the Gospel, the coming of the Spirit, and the birth and growth of the church up through the conversion of Saul in Acts 9. Join us as we hear and look to live out Jesus’ invitation in Acts 1:8, to everyone that would claim the name of Christ, to be Spirit empowered witnesses to the ends of the earth.

He distinctly gifts and calls his people for the work of ministry. As a kingdom of priests they are to enjoy God and proclaim to the world the goodness of God and the salvation found in Christ. When God’s people mobilize and join God’s Mission we get a distinct result - The knowledge of God and his glory are made known around the world. Come and consider how God may be calling you to join his mission.
